My purposes for creating this blog are multi-faceted, but can be simplified to a few distinct points.
- Organizing my thoughts. I often have problems with committing my thoughts and ideas to print, and this blog will give me a way to do that, and hopefully stay relatively organized.
- Detailing rpg things. I am currently working on a GLOG hack, which has transformed into a bit of a mess. I would like to detail my thought process and design choices somewhere, if only because articulation often leads to deeper understanding.
- Campaign details. The format of a blog will let me drill down into specific details in a coherent fashion without feeling the need to develop everything equally.
- Writing practice. And content creation is a satisfying endeavor in it's own right.
